1. Ordering of goods

The buyer means the person who has bought or agreed to buy the goods from Century Mills.

For each order that you make an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that your order has been received.

However, if at any time Century Mills becomes aware of any detail, information or documentation that it feels should be checked after your order has been placed, we retain the right to cancel this order at any time before delivery.

If your order is not accepted, for any reason, Century Mills shall inform you by e-mail within 3 days of the order being placed.

Century Mills reserves the right not to supply you goods at our discretion and will not deliver any order that has not been paid for in full.

All of our stock is subject to availability so in some cases we may not be able to supply the quantity of stock you have ordered. In the event that this happens or if there is a delay in your order we will contact you.

Some Curtains and blinds need to be ordered directly from the supplier. Usually items that need to be ordered in can take up to 6 days until they are despatched. In the event there is a delay we will keep you informed.

2. Prices

The prices for the goods are those stated on the web site but these may be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.

Century Mills offers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with their quotation displayed on the web site.

The prices of goods displayed on the web site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition to the quoted prices as indicated in the checkout pages.

Our delivery charge for standard sized items is £3.99 per order with free delivery on orders over £50.00

Prices and delivery charges quoted on the web site are clearly displayed and only apply to goods delivered within the UK except the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man And Isles Of Scilly Po Box's And Channel Islands.Small Items Are Excluded From This As These Will Be Sent Via Royal Mail Signed For.

When placing an order you will be asked for your credit or debit card details.

Century Mills employ Royal Mail, a Nationally Recognised Carrier Service to Deliver Your Goods.All Orders Over £20 Will Need To Be Signed For.If You Order Is Over 3 KG If You Have Given A Mobile Number You Will Get A Text From Royal Mail So You Can Track Your Order.If Your Order Is Under 3 KG,This Will Be Sent With Royal Mail 48 Or 24,If You Are Not In The Item Will Be Taken To Your Local Post Office.Royal Mail Do Deliver On Saturdays.

Please note you must ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s). Please ensure you correct the delivery address before confirming the order. Where the delivery address is different from the cardholders address, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatching the goods and, if we feel necessary, cancel the order.

Any changes in the expected delivery time will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of you placing your order (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank/Public Holidays).Our Carriers Do Not Work Sundays,So Items Ordered After 3pm Friday Will Not Be Delivered Till The Following Tuesday.Express Shipping Is 1-3 Working Days.


5. Right to cancel an order

You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you.

We shall refund any unused items that are returned to us in their original saleable condition and with the original packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable.Unless Item(s) Are Faulty.
Return(s) of items back to us that are not faulty,the customer pays the return of the goods,and the goods price will be refunded within 2 working days of the return.If You Need To Return A Faulty Item
Please Return Through Royal Mail Standard Delivery 2nd Class.If You Return An Item With Special Delivery Only The Standard Delivery Charge Will Be Refunded. If You Are In Any Doubt About This Please Contact Us.

You can notify Century Mills of this through Customer Services or take the goods back to Century Mills. If you contact Customer Services you should quote the sales invoice number, the goods that you are returning, the price paid and the quantity ordered.

If you are returning the goods to the Store then you must return the goods with the sales invoice.


7. Exchanging Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If the goods we deliver are faulty or damaged or not what you ordered, Century Mills will exchange the goods immediately or issue a full credit to you including delivery charges upon receipt of the said goods. To help keep our prices as low as possible we may ask you to send the goods back to us by Recorded Delivery. We will refund any delivery charges you incur.

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any other reason, we will exchange or refund any unused items in their original saleable condition and original packaging, if you return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
